“Thoughtful. Intuitive. Omnipotent. Those are the 3 words that come to mind after seeking treatments from Ellen.”
Hi! I am Ellen Collins and offer intuitive bodywork and massage. Here’s a little about me and my process.
SPECIALITIES INCLUDE:
Prenatal
Sports Massage/Injuries
Trigger Point Therapy
Deep Tissue
Swedish
Sciatica, neck, back and hip pain
Medical/Therapeutic
My intuitive therapeutic sessions incorporate Swedish and/or deep tissue as needed.
Many times clients come to me with sudden or chronic pain that they just can’t get sustain relief from.
I have always been quite intuitive and can identify and feel the issues that need addressing when I am massaging clients, which often surprises them. I tune into the body and let it “speak” to me, telling me what needs attention and releasing. As a result of this, my work goes beyond the physical benefits of massage and often uplifts my clients emotionally and spiritually. My intention with clients is not just a temporary relaxation experience as many massages are, but to relieve pain, tightness, and tension with much more long-term results. I have received feedback from clients that they feel a meditative-like state of relaxation after a session.
I address the cause of an issue and not just the symptom which can be compared to finding the source of a leak instead of just mopping up the water.
In our modern world many of us sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer causing neck stiffness, shoulder pain and tight hips. During client sessions I delve into these areas and work out the restrictions being guided by my intuitive hands, resulting in deep relaxation and ease on a physical and mental level that lasts beyond the session.
My bodywork is a therapeutic compilation of myofascial techniques, energy work, acupressure, and trigger point work, using intuitive guidance in a strong flow. I also combine techniques learned through years of experience and continued education.
My intuitive gifts and physical strength allow me to not only work on the toughest athletes (don’t let my slender size fool you!) but also the most sensitive of clients.

“Ellen is an absolute miracle worker. With decades of experience, she incorporates several modalities to treat an individual’s needs.”
Client Feedback:
“Ellen is an absolute miracle worker. With decades of experience, she incorporates several modalities to treat an individual’s needs. I had severe hip problem that required surgery. Although surgery had been scheduled it started to collapse and crumble. Ellen has innate talent and a spiritual connection to tap into the source of the pain and treat it accordingly. I was able to stand up straighter and ditch the cane after several weeks. And most importantly, the pain eased up. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who has body problems or want expert massages”. Lisa G
“Ellen is the best in the biz! After one incredible session she healed and relieved tension that had been stored in my shoulders, back and neck for years. She is extremely professional and obviously knows the body top to toe. She is dedicated to her craft and takes her time to focus on exactly what your body needs. A true gem in the middle of the Hamptons, I am so glad we found her!” Amy D.
“Thoughtful. Intuitive. Omnipotent. Those are the 3 words that come to mind after seeking multiple treatments from Ellen. Combining Myofascial therapy with every other massage technique known to humankind, Ellen is proficient in them all and your body will thank you. I started seeing her b/c of the stress of my job. The boulders in my shoulders melted away after only a couple of visits. Recently I had a pinched nerve in my hip and needed crutches the pain was so bad. Saw her the next day and by the following, I was able to get back to my morning runs. She is a healer beyond words and in the top 3 of the best massage therapists I've had the privilege of working with. So, whether you need to relax or need serious remedial attention, Ellen is the only one to see on the East End. Mahalo, Ellen!” Helene K.
“Highly recommend Ellen! I had a massage from her at the Topping Rose House spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in addressing certain issues in my back, neck, and shoulders, while giving an overall high quality and effective massage experience. Kelvin L.
“I had a massage from Ellen, and I must say she is truly gifted. She was easily able to identify and relieve my points of tension (stress induced). Not only was the experience very healing it was easy to be scheduled considering my last-minute appointment request. I would highly recommend paying her a visit. Thank you!!” Alexandra A.
“I work long hours at my computer and my body is often a wreck. I really value having Ellen help me with realignment and relaxation. She takes the time to identify specifically what my body needs on a particular day, unlike some other providers who just go through the motions. I always leave our biweekly sessions with a renewed sense of peace and well-being. Ellen is a truly gifted bodyworker and I highly recommend her!” – Meghan M.
“If you're lucky to find yourself in the Hamptons. And If you're unlucky to be creaky and stiff from stress. And If you're fortunate to have stumbled upon this review, look no further for the soothing bodywork you need to relieve the creaking and stiffness keeping you from relaxing into all the Hamptons has to offer. I took a chance on her during a visit in Spring 2021, and my only regret is she doesn't live closer than a 3,000-mile Uber ride away. I highly recommend you take a chance on her, too --- although your burning, aching, clinging knots may disagree. Rich L.
